Iced coffee is a personal favorite of mine. On a hot summer morning, a tall glass of creamy coffee so cold it makes the glass sweat is my idea of heaven. But it can be a production to make, and I almost never think to do it in advance.
Then along came Cold Brew. So simple, no special equipment required… just coffee, water, a mason jar and a way to strain it.
